We actively promote conscious consumption and want to contribute to environmental protection by reducing CO₂ emissions. For this reason, we have decided not to offer free returns. Our aim is to help you choose jewellery that really suits you. If you have any questions about a particular product, our customer service team will be happy to help you and assist you in making your decision

We, at Veyraah Jeweller, want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Therefore, we grant you an extended return period of 30 days. This period starts from the time you receive the goods, regardless of the shipping method you choose.

Within this 30-day return period, you have the option of exercising your right of withdrawal. The statutory 14 days of the right of withdrawal are included in the first 14 days of the return period.

Should you decide to return an item, please do so within the stated period. Please note that the goods should be in an unused and undamaged condition and that any original packaging and labels must still be present.
