Shipping policy
At Veyraah Jeweller we want to ensure that your order goes smoothly. Please note the following shipping information:
- All orders are shipped as an insured parcel from Austria. We offer worldwide shipping.
- Orders received before 1.30 pm (Central European Time) from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same working day. Orders received after 1.30 p.m. (Central European Time) will be dispatched on the following working day. We would like to point out that we cannot accept any responsibility for unexpected delays or delivery problems on the part of the delivery company.
- Please note that orders cannot usually be cancelled once they have been confirmed via our website. If a parcel cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for the proper return and the original shipping costs. We would like to point out that we do not accept any responsibility for orders that are deemed to have been delivered or for which unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made. Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or parcel shop is not currently possible.
- As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation from us by e-mail, which will also contain your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel at any time. If you have any further questions about your order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to assist you.
Customs
We cover shipping costs for orders to the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, South Korea, South Africa, Canada, and Australia, import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches its destination country. It’s important to emphasize that Barry’s Jeweler GmbH does not cover or refund these potential additional fees. As import duties and taxes can vary from country to country, we strongly recommend reaching out to your local customs office before placing an order to obtain further information.
