You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction. You may need to provide certain personal data (as defined in Section 9) and, if necessary, submit an acceptable valid payment method. You agree to maintain an accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account. Failure to maintain an accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account may result in you not being able to access or use the Services. You may not provide false information or create an Account for someone other than yourself, impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise conceal the origin of content. You agree to keep your Account username and password secure and confidential at all times. You are responsible for all uses and activities on your Account. You may not allow third parties to use your Account. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and may only use the Services for lawful purposes.

Payment, Shipping, and Return Policy
Payment and Shipping: Payment is made in Euros and is subject to applicable taxes as required by law. Veyraah Jeweller Wien accepts Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, and bank drafts as payment methods. Shipping costs are calculated based on the buyer’s location. Veyraah Jeweller Wien endeavors to package and secure all goods properly to ensure they arrive in the same condition as offered and sold. The buyer is responsible for import duties and other applicable fees unless otherwise agreed before the shipping date.

Return Policy
Veyraah Jeweller offers a “No Questions Asked” return policy. All items and lots purchased from Veyraah Jeweller in Vienna can be returned for a full money refund or merchandise credit if the following criteria are met:

Veyraah Jeweller must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order (via email, fax, or phone).
All items must be returned to Veyraah Jeweller in Vienna, Austria, in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase.
Cleaning, disassembling, or tampering with the purchased item will result in the cancellation of the return policy.
The buyer is responsible for the responsibility and risk of returning; however, advice will be gladly given to ensure a safe and cost-effective method. The refund will be made after the items have been received and verified by us.
No Representations or Warranties
Veyraah Jeweller does not make representations or warranties that the Services are free of defects, viruses, or other harmful components. Veyraah Jeweller is not liable for damages or losses caused by hacking or intruding into the Services. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the Services. In the event of processing errors and/or downtime of the website or other errors or delays caused by unforeseen technical difficulties related to our servers, data hosting centers, internet service providers, or other reasons, Veyraah Jeweller reserves the right to:

(a) Decide, before or after the originally scheduled time for the completion of the online auction, to extend an online auction for a certain period (at Veyraah Jeweller’s discretion); and/or,

(b) Decide, before or after the originally scheduled time for the completion of the online auction, to reopen an online auction for a certain period – at Veyraah Jeweller’s discretion; and/or,

(c) Retract emails sent to winning bidders before or after (as the case may be) the completion of an online auction; and/or,

(d) Change the “starting price” for an item available for sale online during an online auction, but only to correct errors due to processing or technical errors; and/or,

(e) Declare this entire online auction transaction invalid and reopen the auction.

You agree to indemnify Veyraah Jeweller Wien and agree to be released from any claims arising from the use of the Services, including claims for lost data or lost profits resulting from the use of the provided Services. Veyraah Jeweller Wien disclaims all express or implied representations and warranties not expressly set forth in these Terms, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Additionally, Veyraah Jeweller Wien makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the Services, nor that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Veyraah Jeweller does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or security of the information provided to you. You agree to assume the risk arising from your use of the Services. This risk is solely yours to the extent permitted by applicable law.
